1. The service

Selector Casino Zone is an iPhone app that lists casino-style game demos, lets you filter and favorite titles, and opens a demo in an in-app WebView. SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD is not a gambling operator and does not accept stakes, deposits, or payouts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The app is for personal, non-commercial use on an iPhone you own or control.

3. Accounts

If you register, you are responsible for the email, password, and username you choose, and for activity on that account. Do not share credentials. You may delete the account in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the app
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or bulk requests against the catalog
• Interfere with servers, other users, or demo providers
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Post abusive comments or support attachments that violate the law

5. Intellectual property

The app’s code, wordmark, coin mascot, layout, and original copy belong to SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD or its licensors. Game artwork, names, and demo content belong to their studios. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

6. Demos and third parties

Demo URLs are provided by game studios. Availability, RTP figures, and on-page notices can change without notice. Their terms apply once the WebView loads. We do not guarantee that every title will open or remain in the catalog.

7. Privacy

Account, favorites, streaks, and optional support attachments are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. No guarantees

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free demos, or specific entertainment results. Use is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or time arising from use of the app or this website.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete it.
