End-User License Agreement

Agreement
This EULA is between you and SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD for the Selector Casino Zone software, including the iPhone application and related documentation. Installing or using the Software binds you to this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License grant
SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control, through the Apple App Store, for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access online catalog, auth, favorites, and streak features in accordance with this agreement
- Create an optional account to sync favorites and daily check-in
License restrictions
You may not copy or create derivative works of the Software; reverse engineer or disassemble it except where law allows; remove proprietary notices; use it commercially without written permission; share account credentials; use bots or scrapers; interfere with servers; or use the Software unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The Software is licensed, not sold. SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including the wordmark and coin mascot. Game titles and demo assets remain the property of their studios. You own the comments and support materials you submit, and you grant us a license to use them to operate the service.
User data
Use of the Software is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Data we may process includes account email and username, favorites, streak counts, optional support attachments, and local preference flags. There is no in-app subscription or payment profile inside the Software.
Subscriptions and payment
Selector Casino Zone does not sell in-app subscriptions. Any price you pay is the App Store price for the download, if any. Refunds for an App Store purchase follow Apple’s rules.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that demo URLs will remain available.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, including lost data or time.
Termination
This EULA lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete copies. We may deactivate an account that violates these terms.
Updates
Updates may be delivered through the App Store. We may modify this EULA; continued use after a change is acceptance.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SELECTORCASINOZONE LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
