EULA — Selector Casino Zone

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Selector Casino Zone ("Licensor") for the use of the Selector Casino Zone iOS application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you accept the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
Use the App for any commercial purpose.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Apple's Role

This EULA is between you and Licensor, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to Apple's role.

5. No Real Money Gambling

The App is a social casino for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered or won. All in-app outcomes are purely virtual and have no monetary value.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit through the App (such as support messages) may be used by Licensor to improve services. You grant Licensor a non-exclusive license to use such content for these purposes.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
